- Plenty of notice of changes in your schedule- as we sometimes struggle to fill last minute cancellations
- To know of any significant events that would change your planned care, is there a wedding or a holiday?
- You to let us know if you change your address, mobile number or email, so our contacts don't go astray.
- The chance to put things right, if you have any issues.
- Any suggestions on how we can improve our service.
