We Like to be on Time

We plan your treatment schedule to have enough time to provide you with gentle, caring dentistry. When auditing our waiting times we found that: 55% of our patients are seen on time for their appointment or early 78% were seen within 5 minutes of their appointment 90% were seen within 10 minutes of their appointment.

Emergencies

We do keep allotted spaces open for emergencies everyday, usually at 12 noon so that our patients can be helped on the same day. Please call as early as possible to reserve one should you have a problem that cannot wait for a routine appointment (usually available within a few days). Priority is given to our existing patients but if these times have not been filled later in the day then we may be able to see new patients in an emergency.
