Private fees Fees Fees are charged on an hourly rate basis and vary according to the complexity of treatment, but as an indication hourly charges are currently £280 per hour for routine dentistry not involving crown or bridgework. This hourly fee includes all small X-Rays, filling materials and disposables. Work involving technical costs such as crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, bleaching are charged on a fee per item basis. As an indication a bonded porcelain crown would cost £780-£850. Accounts Regular patients will be invoiced at the end of a course of treatment. You may choose to pay by cheque, cash or credit / debit card. For more complex cases you may be invoiced as work progresses.
